Terms of Service 

Please Refer to your contract/Invoice for further details on what has been agreed for your service.

 This contract will be only communicated with the person who made the booking and payment.

Deposit : A non- refundable 50% deposit secures the booking and will be deducted from the final fee the rest of payment will needs paid in 24 hours 

(After 24 hours there will be daily £12 pounds charge fee add to the final price ) 

Quotes provided are valid for 30days, after this time a new Booking request will need to be submitted.

Contract for Photography Services From JackProPhotographyPictures need tobe signed and agreed before any services/ photography will take place

Photography services at £100 for the first hour £150 per hour after for Conference & Awards and Event-PR

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all the necessary clearances have been obtained to allow the photographs to be taken without hindrance or infringements of trademarks or copyrights. It is the client’s responsibility to gain written parental permission when persons under the age of sixteen years are to be photographed. Permission is also necessary to allow identification and publication of photographs of children. The photographer accepts no liability for non-supply of pictures if parental permission has not been granted.

No raw file with be given out only edit photos 

Do you charge travel fees? Yes it is up to £30 in the city of Birmingham outside the area is upto £65.

CANCELLATION FEES

If a commissioned job /date is cancelled the following fees apply, as the date has already been set aside and other work turned away to fit in this commission.

  charge a fee for cancellation or postponement: 10 working days 25% of fee, 5 working days 50% fee, 48 hours 75% fee, 24 hours or less, 100% fee.

Unless a rejection fee has been agreed in advance, there is no right to reject on the basis of style or composition


Copyright

The photographer (me) reserves the right to use images on his website or in publicity material (social media Included like Facebook instagram x ) any alternative arrangement should be agreed prior to undertaking work.

photographs in any manner at any time and in any part of the world for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting his work.

If any images has been used without agreement there would be a £80 upto £100 each photo fee will need to be  paid immediately or add £20 fee at every 10 days.

All photos/images must not be resold without consent.

Selected  photos on my website are for sell to be used for Personal or Business all at a good rate too please do contact me we sort something out 

(Photos uploaded are not the highest quality image on here but when payment agreed you will receive the full quality image Send over by WeTransfer) (I will still hold full  copyright on all images )

Images are licensed to the client for use as specified, and by the named client only. The Client may not sell, distribute or otherwise sub-license any images without written permission of me 

Prices for Personal use only between £5 upto £10 each image on selected photos 

Prices for Business/PR use only between £15 upto £39 each image on a selected photos 

Discount could be done if you ask or order more than 10 images Upto 10% off final Price.
