Standing tall over 150 m in height 49-storey residential skyscraper the Octagon paradisebham designed by Glenn Howells Architects  has become landmark building for the city of Birmingham one of beat looking not only in Birmingham but in the uk 5 years to make is masterpiece application started in 2020 finish to be completed in 2025

The tower will house 370 homes Taller than the city’s BT Tower, the unique 49-storey, 155-metre build-to-rent scheme will be a landmark, instantly recognisable from across the city.

The golden broad street westside 

Neil McGinty, director at the CDL has said

"The Octagon is about creating a new landmark for the city of Birmingham.

"By building some of the finest city centre homes ever seen in the UK, the building establishes a powerful statement of intent for the city. The Octagon will become an important part of the city’s skyline for years to come."

The topping off event took place on the 18th and 19th of September 2024 6pm and 6.30 am.
